Mr. Vincent Marangu joined the Bank in 2003 and has over two decades of experience in business and financial advisory, with a strong focus on co-operatives and rural finance. He has served as Head of Co-op Consultancy and Insurance Agency Ltd., where he spearheaded initiatives in financial advisory, strategic planning, organizational development, and business operations review. He has consulted widely for co-operatives in Kenya and across the East African region and successfully implemented numerous donor-funded projects with international development partners. Mr. Marangu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Studies and is a graduate of the School of African Microfinance. He also holds a certificate in Food Systems from Wageningen University.
He is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach (CELC) under the International Federation of Coaching (ICF), a Certified Development Educator (ADE), and a European Union Development Educator (DEEU). He is also an alumnus of the London Business School Leadership Program and a founding member of the Kenya Society of Professional Co-operators (KSPC).
