Koffi is an economist at the Sahel and West Africa Club (SWAC) of the OECD where he is working on intra-regional food trade, youth and women employment and food systems transformation in the Sahel and West Africa. Before joining the OECD/SWAC, he worked at the OECD/PARIS21 Secretariat on Data for the Development, SDGs and 2030 Agenda monitoring and OECD Multidimensional Country Reviews (Senegal, Paraguay, Thailand). Koffi holds a master’s degree in international economics and development from Paris-Dauphine University and a statistical engineering diploma from ENSEA Abidjan.
