Lisette van Benthum brings extensive experience in value chain finance and development, with a background in Business Economics and a career spanning roles at ICCO and SNV in West Africa. At the Netherlands Food Partnership (NFP), she fosters multi-stakeholder collaborations between actors from the Global South and the Netherlands to address locally owned food system challenges. Her focus lies on advancing Food System Finance, leading learning initiatives with financial institutions in Kenya and the Netherlands. Lisette also facilitates the Global Partnership for the True Price of Food, promoting true pricing to improve transparency, reduce hidden costs, and support sustainable, equitable food systems.
